Research Interest: CUIDADOR EXPERT - Training for People Who Care for the Elderly with Excellence Caring for the elderly in recent years has been a non-negotiable challenge, where human beings, with their particularities, have the right to health. To this end, knowledge about caring for people, especially the elderly, is sought through effective, dynamic, and safe training. Research was conducted in various sources, such as Scielo (scientific electronic library online), the Nursing Database – Brazilian Bibliography (BDENF), and the Latin American and Caribbean Center on Health Sciences Information – BIREME, for necessary information on the methods used to demonstrate the realities of elderly care. The global elderly population is growing rapidly, and by 2050, it is estimated that there will be more than 1.6 billion people aged 65 or older, compared to 761 million in 2021. There is global concern, and the World Health Organization is implementing global and local actions for elderly care.
